Datuk Vinod Sekhar – Chairman and Chief Executive Datuk Vinod B. Sekhar is the President and Group Chief Executive of The Petra Group, the parent company of Green Rubber Global. Sekhar also serves as CEO of Green Rubber Global. His father was the late Dr. B.C. Sekhar, the inventor of the DeLink technology. Vinod Sekhar began his business career while still in college, where he started the Vincent Siefer Clothing Co. At the same time, he formed the Sitavani Foundation, which focuses its attention on the education of children and child development programs. In 1990, he formed the STI Group with partners, and was responsible for a number of ground-breaking businesses, such as the world’s smallest optic engine, one of South East Asia’s first commercial internet companies, and a variety of other technology innovations. The multimedia arm of the STI Group was also responsible for the first Malaysian joint venture to produce a movie at Disney MGM Studios in Orlando, Florida (Tarzan, the Epic Adventures). After 1997, STI merged with other international interests and The Petra Group was created. Petra is developing several further global technologies, related to elastomer recycling, deproteinization and HIV treatments programs. |
| Bruce Davey - Non Executive Director Bruce Davey is an Australian film producer and chairman of the Icon Group of companies. He founded Icon Pictures with partner Mel Gibson in 1989 and the company is now a major force in independent film making in Hollywood. He has produced films including blockbusters such as Apocalypto, The Passion of the Christ, Braveheart, What Women Want and many more. He was born in Sydney, Australia and qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia before his career as a film producer. |

| Dato Dr. Mohamed Munir Abdul Majid (59) – Non-Executive Director Dato’ Dr Munir Majid is Chairman of Malaysian Airlines and PECD Berhad, a leading construction company. He is the former chief executive of Commerce International Merchant Bankers (CIMB), one of Malaysia’s leading financial institutions. In 1997, he received the Cranfield Management Excellence award. After leaving the Securities Comission, he served as Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of Telekom Malaysia for four years until June 2004, and was Chairman of its mobile subsidiary Celcom from 2002-2004. He is the founder President of the Kuala Lumpur Business Club and recently was appointed by the Malaysian Institute of Management to be a member of its Court of Fellows. |

Mike Krishnan (67) – Chief Operating Officer and President, Asia Pacific Mike Krishnan currently serves as a director of Electronic Sensor Technology, where he has served since February 2005. Mr Krishnan has been President of L&G Resources (1994) Inc. since August 2003 and has served as Managing Director of Land & General Berhad since September 2001. Land & General Berhad is an investment holding company with subsidiaries engaging in property development, property management and education services in Malaysia and Australia. He also served as the executive director of Antah Holdings Berhad from 1990 to 2000. Prior to joining Antah, he was CEO of ICI Malaysia. He is also a director of Land & General Berhad, which is listed on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange and he is a Council Member of the Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers (FMM). |

Steve Nieto – Senior Vice President, Americas Steven Nieto, a 15 year veteran of the rubber industry, joined Green Rubber in January 2008 as Senior Vice President, Americas. Prior to that, he spent seven years with Excel Polymers LLC. Excel is the world's largest independent rubber compounder. At Excel, he was most recently Vice President of Global Sourcing and Business Development. During his tenure with Excel he also managed the Performance Additives and Rolls businesses and led the globalisation of the company. Before joining Excel, Nieto spent 23 years with PPG Industries in a variety of positions. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of New Mexico. He is a member of the American Chemical Society and the American Institute of Chemical Engineers. |

Tom Keefer – Vice President and General Manager, Consumer Products Tom brings nearly 30 years of global brand building to Green Rubber. Tom launched his career working with Newsweek International in London for seven years as an Advertising Executive managing global advertising campaigns. He then became the International Advertising Director for Life Magazine. Later, as President, North America for Pascoe Nally International, Tom was responsible for managing the commercial development of global sporting events such as the Davis Cup, the Commonwealth Games. Keefer also served as Vice President, International Marketing with L.A. Gear in the late 1980s. He also served as Vice President, International Marketing/Licensing at K-Swiss Inc. through the first half of the 1990s. Tom joined Mattel in 1998 as Vice President, International Marketing for the Boys/Entertainment division. In 2000 Keefer was also given the responsibility to run Mattel’s Global Boys Consumer Products division. In February 2003, Tom was named Vice President, International Marketing, Mattel Brands at Mattel Inc. In March 2004, he was brought into the US division and promoted to SVP, General Manager. |

Andrew Murray-Watson – Vice President – Communications and Investor Relations Andrew was Business Editor of the Independent on Sunday in London before deciding to leave the newspaper to join Petra Group. As well as the Independent on Sunday, Andrew has held senior roles at the Sunday Telegraph and Scotland on Sunday newspapers. In 2006, Andrew was a winner at the Business Journalist of the Year Awards and also became M&A International's Journalist of the Year. As a business journalist, Andrew spent nearly a decade writing on the City, with a particular focus on technology and environmental issues. He holds an M.A in English from the University of St Andrews and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts in London. |

April Suvansilpakit – Senior Vice President – Strategy and Corporate Development Prior to joining Petra Group, April was an Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company, where she has worked since 2000. While at McKinsey, she focused on the basic materials, chemicals, and high-tech/telecommunications sectors, serving multinationals and local companies on topics ranging from business building and market entry strategy, to capability building. Previously, she has also worked in the Consumer Finance Group at GE Capital. April holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Psychology from Stanford University, graduating with Distinction and Phi Beta Kappa. She also holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. |

Dr Winy Sekhar - Senior Vice President - Coordinator of R&D Dr. Sekhar is a fully qualified medical practitioner, having trained at the University of New South Wales, Australia. Two years after graduating, she turned her talents to R&D, where she gained considerable knowledge of statistical analysis and the construction of organized research. Her later work in the insurance field led to developing corporate strategies with an emphasis on cost control. She joined Green Rubber Malaysia in 2006, where she coordinated the research programs with TARRC in the UK and organized the development of pivotal studies to further the development of DeLink. |

Lim Chee Kiat – Group Financial Controller Lim Chee Kiat is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (ACME) and a Member (Chartered Accountant) of The Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). Prior to joining Green Rubber he held a number of senior financial positions at bluechip international companies based in Malaysia - the most recent being Grief Malaysia SDN BHD. Before that he held positions at the Malaysian subsidiaries of Akzo Nobel Group and Harrisons and Crosfield plc. In total he has spent over twenty years working in the manufacturing sector in a variety of roles and has extensive experience of the rubber and plastics industry. |
